These terms protect your learning time and your coach’s preparation time. Your enrolment summary confirms the exact plan before payment.
Lessons are booked in agreed weekly slots. Reschedule at least 12 hours before class at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows use one lesson. If WordWave cancels, the lesson is always replaced or credited.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Three- and six-month agreements receive the displayed discount and continue for the minimum term. Month-to-month plans may be stopped before the next billing date with 7 days’ written notice.
Use lessons within the billing month. Up to two unused lessons may roll into the following month while the plan remains active; rolled lessons then expire. Contract pauses of up to 14 days are available once per three-month term with advance notice.
A full refund is available before the first paid lesson. After lessons begin, completed sessions are non-refundable; unused value is handled according to applicable consumer law. Plans are for one named learner and may not be transferred without written approval.
Live 1:1 coaching, tailored digital materials, in-class correction, short post-lesson notes and progress tracking. Specialist preparation, extensive writing correction and exam marking are priced as clearly shown add-ons.
Converted prices update automatically every 15 minutes using indicative exchange-rate data, with a daily reference-rate backup and safe fallback values. USD remains the reference price; payment providers and banks may apply their own conversion spread, so the final charge is confirmed before payment. Rates by exchangerate.dev and ExchangeRate-API.
